Terms

The Inbox Trick is a digital product (a downloadable framework document with templates) sold under the Three Trick Pony brand, which is operated by CDMX (Belgium). Payment, invoicing and VAT are handled by Gumroad, our merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction itself.

• Your purchase is a personal-use license. Build as many assistants as you like for yourself or your company; do not resell or republish the framework or its prompts.
• The product teaches you to build software that acts on your own mailbox. You run it under your own accounts and API keys, at your own responsibility.
• No 1:1 support is included. Updates for the lifetime of the product line (every v1.x release) are included for free, delivered when they ship; no schedule is promised.

Refunds

30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@threetrickpony.co or use the link in your Gumroad receipt, and the refund is processed through Gumroad. By downloading immediately at checkout you consent to delivery before the end of the standard withdrawal period; the 30-day promise above is ours and stands regardless.

Privacy

• This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and anonymous.
• Checkout happens entirely on Gumroad; we never see your payment details. Their privacy policy covers the transaction.
• We receive your email address from a purchase, and use it exclusively for delivery, updates to the product, and refund handling. No newsletter, no resale of data.
